ITAL 282: Elementary Italian I

Benvenuti—welcome! In Elementary Italian, we emphasize the fundamentals of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Students will simulate “real-life” activities that will expose them to everyday contexts they are likely to encounter in Italy. They will also be introduced to contemporary Italian life and culture through film, music, literature, art, and more. Class will be conducted entirely in Italian.
