In each role she has held, she has designed, implemented, and evaluated programs and initiatives to serve social and educational justice, advance equity, cultivate cultural humility, and celebrate diversity.

Through her teaching in Cal Lutheran's Counseling Education programs, Brook seeks to contribute to a future in which all students and community members are empowered, liberated, and embraced.
