Mr. Harrington earned both his BSCS and MSCS from California Lutheran University. As an adjunct professor for CLU, he developed courses in Artificial Intelligence for both graduate and undergraduate levels. As an IT management professional, he has worked in the healthcare, insurance, biotech, and government sectors. He has served for over a decade as application development manager for Ventura County Fire Department, leveraging and adapting SDLC methodologies to meet the ever-changing face of public safety.
