Schedule Change Information

- All student academic records will be updated regularly. This includes processing academic-related forms such as add/drops, major/minor declarations, course substitutions, transfer approval forms, and transfer work. Many forms are available online at www.callutheran.edu/forms; paper forms will need to be submitted via email to Academic Services or your Student Success Counselor.
- Official transcript requests will be sent electronically or by U.S. mail. At this time, pick-up transcripts have been suspended. Visit www.callutheran.edu/transcripts to request a transcript.
- Student Success Counselors continue to serve students by virtual means. If you have academic-related questions, we recommend you send an email with your inquiry opposed to leaving a voice message. All student-counselor meetings will be via Zoom, Google, email or phone. Visit www.callutheran.edu/appointments to schedule a meeting. Bachelor's Degree for Professionals students, contact your academic counselor in the Professionals program for academic-related questions, counseling appointments, submitting forms, etc. (If you are not sure who your counselor is please call 805.493.3543.)

AP Credit Policy Exception
All students who were registered to take either the May or June 2020 AP exams are eligible for an exception to the normal AP credit policy. Students must submit a request form with documentation of registration for the exam and a final high school transcript documenting completion of the applicable high school AP course or courses. Students who complete this process will be awarded credit at the equivalent of a score of 5 on the exam. AP Credit Request Form

The Registrar's Office manages the course registration process and maintains the academic calendar, records, catalog and schedule of classes.
