Fall 2024 Housing and Roommate Assignments Posted
Assignments and roommates/suitemates will be listed on your MyCLU portal

New Student Move-In Day
All new students (First-years and Transfers) will move in to their residence halls.

Returning Student Move-In Days
All returning students (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors even if you have never lived on campus) will move into their residence halls.

Fall Semester Begins

First day of classes

Fall Holiday

Residence halls will remain open.

Thanksgiving Holiday
All residence halls remain open but dining services will not be serving meals (meal plans will not be active during this time).

Winter Break Begins
Mt. Clef, Pederson, and Thompson Hall will close at 5pm. Residents are not allowed to move back in until January 19, 2025. Old West, New West, Mogen, Grace, Trinity, Kramer Court, and University Houses will remain open during winter break.

Residence Halls Re-Open for New and Returning Students 

Move in will begin at 9am.

Spring Semester Begins
First day of classes

Spring Break

Move-Out Day (Non-Graduating Students)
All students who are not graduating must be moved out by 5pm

Move-Out Day (Graduating Students)
All graduating students must move out by noon (12 pm)
