I am grateful for all the inspiring women in leadership throughout the Cal Lutheran Community – from students and alumni, to faculty and staff, to our generous supporters. Thank you for leading by example as you make our community a rich and vibrant environment for women to learn, take risks, and grow, while also lifting up our mission of educating leaders for a global society who are strong in character and judgment, confident in their identity and vocation, and committed to service and justice.
Dr. Trudy Arriaga, Associate Dean of Equity and Outreach at Cal Lutheran recently shared transformational findings from her recent research, “Leading While Female: A Culturally Proficient Leadership Response for Gender Equity.” Thank you Dr. Arriaga, for providing us with new resources to push our mission forward for Cal Lutheran, Higher Education, and for Women in Leadership!
