Fifty and Better (FAB) program

My name is Xcaret Osorio, and I am the Program Specialist for the School for Professional and Continuing Studies, which includes the Fifty and Better program (FAB). I think the FAB program provides a wonderful community for the students to socialize and explore new interests. Students are able to continue learning and gain knowledge on topics that interest them. Perhaps find new topics that interest them as well. The faculty who teach the classes are passionate about their topics and create a fun and engaging lecture. All of the students who I have worked with are very kind and friendly. My favorite FAB memory is the first HyFlex class. Seeing the excitement of the students and faculty was wonderful. I was able to fully get a sense of the passion for teaching and the passion for learning.
