About
Dr. Riveros is the Program Director of General Education and Bilingual Authorization and a lecturer for the Department of Learning and Teaching in the Graduate School of Education. She joined Cal Lutheran in 2024 after working in K-12 public education for 19 years. Dr. Riveros received her Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on Foundations of Education and Language, Literacy, and Culture from Oklahoma State University in 2021.
