Los Angeles designer Noelle Claire Raffy has been an accomplished freelance designer for the past 16 years. She was educated at Otis College of Art and Design and has her MFA from Carnegie Mellon University in Costume Design.
Noelle has worked on a wide range of films like Robin Hood, Adventureland, Bridge to Nowhere, Shelter and Oscar nominated The Road. Commercials for Weight Watchers, Oral B, Cadbury, Samsung and Quaker Oats as well as clients like Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Ridley Scott Films and MTV are all a part of her portfolio of work.
Her designs for the play The Birds were exhibited in the Prague Quadrennial (2007). She designed costumes for The Orestia Trilogy, which was voted "Best Play of 2007" by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. While at Otis College, she was awarded the Rudi Gernreich Scholarship by the Fashion Group International of Los Angeles.
Noelle has worked with the University of California, Riverside as a full time Designer and Lecturer, at Los Angeles City College and with Idywilld Arts Academy. She continues to work with English National Ballet School, The Tricycle Theatre, and Academy Costumes in London.
