University Chapel: Dreams that Feed
This Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in University Chapel, you are invited to pause from the pace of the day, gather as a community, and enter into a time of reflection as we consider Dreams That Feed.
We are honored to welcome Rev. Emily Ebert, Associate Pastor at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (ELCA), who will guide us in reflecting on what it means to be nourished—and to participate in the work of feeding others—as people of faith and conscience called to notice and respond to hunger in our communities.
Following Chapel, all are invited to remain for a brief Post-Chapel conversation with Food Share of Ventura County, a hunger-relief organization in Ventura county in our county, who will lead an engagement on food insecurity and ways we can take meaningful action.
Come be nourished—and consider how we are called to nourish others.
This event is part of the Campus Ministry series.
