Registration for the 14th International Luther Congress has now closed. 

Registered seminar leaders and participants – stay tuned for further communications about your seminar and other pertinent information, via email and via this website. If your email has changed, make sure to let us know.

Everyone, please do check this website for occasional important updates that will be posted as needed, e.g. information on transportation, and updates on the Covid-19 vaccination and other protocols pertaining to CLU and all person entering the campus. Please know that at CLU we follow the state and county science-based guidelines regarding Covid prevention to keep us all safe and healthy; pertinent information will be posted as needed.

Thank you for all who have already registered for the Congress!

We have extended the deadline for the Registrations until September 15, 2021 (originally August 14, 2021). This is a firm deadline. We are happy to reopen the online Registration system for the remaining days.

Using the online Registration, you can

  1. register and pay for the Congress, which includes the seminars, plenaries, and receptions ($350/person, $450/two persons), and, if you like,
  2. register and pay for the Closing Gala/Friday Banquet ($80/person), and
  3. register and pay for the Wednesday Excursion ($100/person, $175/two persons). You can also, if you like,
  4. reserve and pay for on campus housing as well sign up for pre-paid meals. If choosing on campus housing, make sure to indicate all the nights you want to reserve for your housing. Meals can be purchased during the Congress as well. We apologize for the new “look” of the registration system, but all the information needed is there.
  5. Refunds: 50 % until Janary 15, 2022.

You should also email asap about your Seminar preferences, unless you have already done so.

Important: Seminars are an essential part of the Congress participation (part of the general fee). Please make sure to email Dr. Brooks Schramm at  about your Seminar choices (1-3) at your earliest convenience. September 15, 2021 is a hard deadline for this. Seminar leaders and participants will be contacted soon after that about their respective seminars with instructions moving forward.

The firm (new) registration deadline is September 15, 2021. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

The registration fee includes participation in plenary presentations (see "Program"), seminars (see "Seminars"), and evening receptions on August 14, 15, 16, & 18, 2022. Some plenary presentations will also be open to the public without charge. 

With the same link, "Register Online", you can register for the Wednesday Exursion and the Friday Banquet, with separate fees. 

Also, with the same link, "Register Online" you are welcome to reserve housing on campus as well as breakfast and lunch tickets, if you wish.

Please note that you can also choose to stay in nearby hotels and purchase food separately from the campus or neaby establishments. (See "Accommodations" for the information). 

After registering for the Congress, please make sure to register for your research Seminar. Do this via direct email to Dr Brooks Schramm  , following the specific directions in "Seminars".
