The Pepper Grove is located near Kingsmen Park and Falde Plaza with the Enormous Luther statue. A beautiful outdoor location under the shade of large pepper trees, this space is perfect for events that require a smaller space than the larger Kingsmen Park.

• Small events (< 100):
  • $175 commercial plus direct costs
  • $130 non-profit plus direct costs
• Large events (100+):
  • $350 commercial plus direct costs
  • $260 non-profit plus direct costs
