How to Master Behavior Based Interview Questions

Are you stumped by interview questions? Behavioral Based Interviewing is a critical tool that employers use to build a successful team of employees. These interview questions assess the candidate's skills and abilities by more closely looking at what the candidate actually did vs. what they hypothetically would like to do.
