We met at the Sadie Hawkins dance when we were both without dates that night. The small school environment provided us such great opportunities to get to know each other and ourselves. I am always amazed at the number of graduates in our class who have married and had families and we love seeing them at the reunions. Our connection to Cal Lu is even stronger since both of our boys have graduated from CLU, Matthew (16) and Jeffrey (20). We feel such a special and strong connection to Cal Lutheran where our story began and has continued for 37 years.
