Pricing

All rates are in 4 hour increments.

• Small events (< 100):
  • $900 commercial plus direct costs
  • $625 non-profit plus direct costs
• Large events (100+):
  • $1,250 commercial plus direct costs
  • $825 non-profit plus direct costs
• Athletic practices (2 hour minimum):
  • $250/hr commercial plus direct costs
  • $175/hr non-profit plus direct costs
• Scholastic games/competitions:
  • $3,000 plus direct costs
• Professional games/competitions:
  • $5,000 plus direct costs

Direct costs not including security, field prep, housekeeping: $250-$1,000
