Lunar New Year Celebration

Various Eastern Asian countries around the world celebrate the Lunar New Year, traditionally a 15-day celebration. In 2024, festivities will begin on Feb. 10 and close with the Lantern Festival on Feb. 24. The Cal Lutheran community is invited to join the Center for Global Engagement in Kingsmen Park on Feb. 23 for a celebration welcoming the Year of the Dragon, according to the Chinese zodiac.

There will be food, educational activities, music and performances at this free event.
