Morning Session — Effective Interviewing
This session explores how to define your ideal candidate, prepare for interviews and conduct conversations that reveal true skills and alignment. Through discussion and role-plays, you’ll learn techniques to improve your interviewing process and hire the best candidate your organization can support.

Brainstorming Lunch — Recruitment Challenges
Together we will surface key challenges nonprofits face in recruiting and retaining talent. Using the collective expertise in the room, we’ll generate practical solutions and share proven approaches that organizations can apply immediately.

Afternoon Session — Effective Onboarding
Structured onboarding helps new employees integrate quickly and perform with confidence. We will review tips and best practices that accelerate a new hire’s speed to proficiency and lead to stronger engagement, productivity, and retention — far more effective than the common “figure-it-out” approach.
