About this event

The foundation of successful development lies in service-centric inquiries inquiries: Who am I serving? Who do I wish I had the resources to serve?  What are my community’s needs? Where do my community’s needs, wants, fears, and passions intersect with my mission?  What is the impact of my organization in the community? What am I doing that the people I serve care about enough to support?

The Perfecting Your Pitch Workshop will build your knowledge of who gives and why they give.  It will explore what different donor groups support and how to best reach them. We will look at how to create a thoughtful, intentional ask that considers who your donor is, what they care about and how their interests align with your mission. 

Participants will also have the opportunity to practice their pitch and receive feedback.
