Junior Faculty Retreat Series

Introducing a new interactive faculty support mechanism for tenure-track faculty writing for 2-, 4-, and 6-year reviews this year designed with your retention, promotion and tenure in mind.

Orientation will be March 17 from 12:30-1:15 p.m., followed by three half days of intense workshop-style coaching and mentoring to boost your academic profile, professional confidence and eventual success at Cal Lutheran. Half-day sessions will be May 18-20 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

These sessions will be offered by Lorri Santamaría, PhD, director of Faculty Development and Inclusive Excellence, twice tenured (CSU San Marcos and University of Auckland, New Zealand) and former full professor with over 60 peer-reviewed publications.
