The Role of AI in Talent Management

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years has altered many facets of management, including talent management. The use of AI-driven solutions for talent acquisition, development and retention is gaining both acceptance and popularity. Among other benefits, these solutions automate processes, improve decision-making and personalize the employee experience. At this year's 8th annual Executive Talent Management Forum, experts in the field of AI and HR will convene to discuss the importance of AI in talent management and how it can be used in various organizational settings. The advantages, disadvantages, and potential risks of employing AI in managing talent will also be explained and discussed.

  Vaiman is professor of international management at California Lutheran University and is a visiting professor at several top universities around the world.
  
  
• Louis Williams, vice president, talent acquisition, City of Hope
  Williams has over 20 years of experience in executive, technical, financial, and healthcare recruiting, and prior to joining City of Hope, led Talent Acquisition functions at PeaceHealth, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health system, and Executive Recruitment at HonorHealth, and Ochsner Health.

  Witman is founding director of the MS in Information Technology program, and retired director of the university’s undergraduate programs in Business, Accounting and Economics.
