Entrepreneur Speaker Series: Confessions of a Serial Entrepreneur
Featuring serial entrepreneur Randy Adams, CTO at DRIAV
A serial entrepreneur is skilled at exploiting both business and technology trends. The startup chief technology officer (CTO) who repeats success in various industries is especially rare. When someone says Startup CTO, what comes to mind?
The role of CTO in a startup perhaps requires the most dynamic range of anyone on the founding team. A good CTO is a technological visionary who also can sling code. A good CTO knows the business as well as the underlying technology. A good CTO is comfortable negotiating deals with venture capitalists and delivery schedules with software engineers. A good CTO is as indispensable as a startup CEO or COO.
For this month’s Entrepreneur Speaker Series, we are fortunate to have Randy Adams, CTO of DRIAV, talk about his career as a serial entrepreneur.
