Registration and Refund Policies
Continuing & Professional Education courses are categorized as either Education Credit Courses or Non-Credit Courses. Please click on each category to view the current list of courses being offered in that area. After selecting a course, refer to the course page for specific registration instructions.

Registration should occur at least one week prior to the beginning of the course. A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled by the instructor. A full refund will also be issued if we receive notification of the student's cancellation at least one week prior to the course start date. A refund will not be issued if notification of cancellation is received after the first course meeting.
After final grades are posted, students can request a transcript by visiting the Registrar's Office webpage and submitting the appropriate form and payment. Students are able to receive transcripts via email or traditional mail, or by pick-up at the Registrar's Office.
Students with outstanding balances will not receive a transcript until all dues are paid in full.
*For those enrolled in the U.S. Constitution Prep & Exam Course, the transcript fee is already included in overall pricing and fees. Contact Ruby Ortega at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (805) 493-3543 for transcript request information.
