Meet the Staff
Program Director
The Introduction to College Life Program is directed by Dr. Jodie Kocur, a professor in the Psychology Department at California Lutheran University. Dr. Kocur earned her MS and PhD in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University and focused her clinical training on work with children and adolescents. She joined the faculty at Cal Lutheran in 2008 and has been running the Introduction to College Life Program since 2013.

Each program participant is partnered with a current college student in order to tailor the program to the individual needs of each participant.
