Your housing application will cover these topics:
- Roommate preferences: tell us about your interests and desired living environment
- Meal plan: choose the plan that meets your needs
- Housing deposit: pay the refundable $400 housing deposit as part of your application

Ready to start?
Attention Incoming First-Year and Transfer Students:
If you are an incoming first-year or transfer student for fall 2024 and are having trouble finding your housing application, please note that it takes approximately 2-3 business days for your enrollment deposit to be processed and the housing application to become available on your portal. If it has been more than 2-3 business days and you still cannot access your application, please contact Residence Life at reslife@CalLutheran.edu or 805-493-3220.
Residency Policy
Full-time students (those who have 12 or more units per semester) enrolled in a traditional undergraduate program are required to live on campus through their Junior year (90 or more units). Learn more
Housing Cancellation Policy
If you decide not to attend, you may receive a refund of the $400 housing deposit if you cancel by emailing reslife@CalLutheran.edu up to July 1 (for academic year applications) or by January 2 (for spring semester applications). View the housing cancellation policy
