Measuring Your Mission
How do you measure the impact of your organization and the services it provides? Join us as we introduce an outcomes-based approach to program evaluation.
- Gain an understanding of a theory of change and logic models as a foundation for an evaluation plan
- Learn to define their desired program outcomes (impact on participants) in SMARTIE (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-sensitive, inclusive, and equitable) ways
- Explore ways to collect data that will help them determine success in achieving those outcomes
- Take part in a group case study exercise to help them apply their learning in developing an evaluation framework for a hypothetical organization
