About this event

Emotional Intelligence & Neuroscience of Leadership

Are you as in control as you think you are? Do you know how you make decisions as a leader? Have you ever been surprised by friction around a decision you thought was a no brainer?

In this workshop we will explore basic brain anatomy and the neurobiology of human decision making, and how we can harness this knowledge to increase our efficacy and our ability to build strong, high-functioning teams. We will have the opportunity to mine the wisdom in the room to: (1) delve into theories of emotional intelligence, and (2) test these theories as applied to real world situations. Strong senses of inquiry, and humor, are welcome and encouraged!
