Student Organizations

The Theatre & Dance Department is affiliated with multiple student clubs and organizations. We encourage students to get involved in their passions for the performing arts on campus.

Improv Troupe

The purpose of this club is to provide laughs and joy to the student body of California Lutheran University through improv, as well as increase the improvisational skills of the students.

Theatre Club

The Theatre Club is a dedicated group of students who love performing, designing, and writing theatrical pieces.

Dance club is a safe place for people to learn different dance combinations in a safe judgment free environment. Meetings consist of a short warm up, learning a combination, and an optional recording at the end of the meeting to showcase our progress through the semester. Dance club can be a useful tool not just to dance minors/theater majors and minors but for all looking for a different way to get movement into their busy weeks.
