Eligibility:  Exempt staff and Faculty with an annual half-time contract (20 hours per week) or more are eligible for enrollment the first day of the following month from the effective date or date of hire. Non-exempt staff who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for enrollment the first day of the following month after completing consecutive 30 days from the effective date or date of hire.

Rates effective June 1, 2018.

Option 1: Aetna Deductible HMO

  • No cost for employee coverage.
  • $228.91 per month - employee + spouse only
  • $594.03 per month - employee + family
  • $92.18 per month - employee + child(ren) only

Option 2: Aetna HMO

  • No cost for employee coverage. 
  • $317.92 per month - employee + spouse only
  • $785.76 per month - employee + family
  • $164.53 per month - employee + child(ren) only

Option 3: Kaiser - HMO

  • No cost for employee coverage.
  • $317.92 per month - employee + spouse only
  • $785.76 per month - employee + family
  • $164.53 per month - employee + child(ren) only

Option 4: Aetna Managed Choice POS-HSA

  • $187.49 per month - employee only.
  • $1,024.04 per month - employee + spouse only
  • $1,663.74 per month - employee + family
  • $784.49 per month - employee + child(ren) only
