Eligibility: All regular and long-term temporary Faculty and Staff with an FTE of 0.75 (30 hours per week) or greater are eligible the first day of the month following the effective date or date of hire.
Plan Year: June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024
Note: monthly costs are based on a 12 month period
- No cost for employee coverage
- $8.09 per month for employee plus spouse
- $7.31 per month for employee plus child(ren)
- $17.20 per month for employee plus family
