Fall 2019 Schedule

Fall Fitness Classes begin Monday, September 9th

DAY Classes

Monday 

6:30pm - 7:30pm: Pilates

Tuesday

5:15pm-6:15pm: Yoga

6:30pm-7:30pm: Zumba

Wednesday

4:15pm - 5:15pm: Pilates

Thursday

5:15pm-6:15pm: Yoga

6:30pm-7:30pm: Zumba

All classes will be held in the dance studio in Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center. 

Policies

All students, faculty, staff, and FFC yearly members are welcome! All fitness classes are free and located in the Dance and Fitness Studio on the second floor of the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center, excluding Bootcamp.

Please be respectful of the floor and wear appropriate shoes and clothing. If attending the yoga class, please bring your own mat. Please be courteous to our facility by wiping off your shoes before tracking dirt and grass throughout the center. Thank you!
