The Tournees Festival

Un Secret (A Secret) (2007)

The Tournees Festival

On his 15th birthday, François hears a shattering truth tying his family’s past to the Holocaust from a family friend. Director Claude Miller’s cinematic tale is based on Philippe Grimberg’s autobiographical novel Un Secret about World War II and in particular the experience of Parisian Jews who rode out the occupation in rural France.

Admision is free. All films are subtitled in English. The Tournées Festival: French Films on the CLU Campus was made possible with the support of the Cultural Services of the French Embassy and the French Ministry of Culture (CNC). The festival is sponsored by the Florence Gould Foundation, the Grand Marnier Foundation, highbrow entertainment, agnès b., and the Franco-American Cultural Fund.
