Un Conte de Noel (A Christmas Tale) (2008)

The Tournees Festival

Abel and Junon had two children: Joseph, victim of a rare genetic condition, and Elisabeth. When both parents and Elisabeth were incompatible bone marrow donors, a third child was conceived in hopes of saving Joseph’s life. But little Henri was also unable to help his brother, and Joseph died at the age of 7. Un Conte de Noël begins with the reappearance of the disease as Junon learns that she has leukemia and that chemotherapy will not work. Her only hope is to find a bone marrow donor among the members of her family. As Christmas approaches, the whole family gathers at the parental home in Roubaix.
