Sean Atkins is a Cal Lutheran alumnus and media and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building $100M+ businesses across streaming, ad tech, and the creator economy. As CEO of Dhar Mann Studios, he leads a mission-driven brand reaching more than 120 million followers. Previously, he served as President of Jellysmack, where he drove over $100M in new revenue, and as CEO of RTL Group’s Digital Video Division, where he grew revenue 30% year over year. He has also served as President of MTV and Chief Digital Officer at Discovery, helped launch HBO Go, and led major digital initiatives at Yahoo!, Warner Bros., and Disney. He has founded and scaled multiple ventures, raised over $1 billion in financing, and advises companies including LinkedIn, Scribd, and WaveTV. He holds an MBA from USC Marshall and a BA from California Lutheran University.

Clemens Koegler is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Red Bull North America, where he oversees technology strategy across beverage, CPG, and media operations generating more than $6 billion in annual revenue. He has more than 10 years of experience across CPG, DSD, professional services, and financial industries, with a focus on sustainable growth through technology and innovation. At Red Bull, he has held multiple leadership roles in IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in his career, he served as an IT advisor at KPMG in the United States and Austria. He is also a Founding Advisory Board Member at CXO/50, holds a Master’s in Business Information Systems from the University of Vienna, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

Marc Rosenmayr is the Chief Financial Officer of Red Bull North America. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial management, including four years in auditing and seven years in FP&A across industries in the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Before joining Red Bull, he worked with Johnson Controls in the COO office on strategic finance projects. He is a board member at the American Beverage Association and holds an MS in Business Administration from Karl-Franzens-Universitaet in Graz, Austria. Marc is tri-lingual, has lived and worked in five different countries, and is an avid skier and mountain biker.
