Monthly Membership

The Forrest Fitness Center Monthly Membership is available to individuals interested in month-by-month access. This options provides access to all fitness center facilities during open hours, including the Forrest Fitness Center, Soiland Multipurpose Arena, Poulson Tennis Courts, and Samuelson Aquatics Center. 

Cost: $35 per month

To obtain the Monthly Membership:

1. Visit the Forrest Fitness Center online purchase page and select the Monthly Membership.                             PURCHASE Monthly MEMBERSHIP
2. After purchase, be sure that you receive a confirmation email. If not, contact ffc@CalLutheran.edu to verify payment confirmation.
3. Download, read, and fill out the FFC Membership Application & Agreement,. This document can be turned into the Forrest Fitness Center front desk or via email to ffc@callutheran.edu . This document must be received and processed before memberships can be activated. In case of an emergency, individuals must have valid medical insurance that covers Emergency Medical Services (EMS).                                             download ffc membership application & AGREEMENT
4. Once the membership has been purchased and application has been received, the FFC Coordinator will request an ID card from Campus Safety.
5. Please allow 5-7 business days from they day that the FFC Membership Application & Agreement is submitted to hear back regarding the membership.
6. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email form the FFC Coordinator notifying you that your Cal Lutheran ID card is ready to be picked up at the Campus Welcome Center.
7. Cal Lutheran ID cards grant access to the Forrest Fitness Center. All patrons MUST  have their ID card to enter the Forrest FItness Center. No Cal Lutheran ID card = No FFC access

Renewal Process:

1. Visit the Forrest Fitness Center online purchase page and select the Monthly Membership.                                purchase Monthly membership
2. Memberships will be extended or reactivated once the transaction has been complete. The FFC Coordinator will update ID card access once the membership has been renewed.
3. Please allow 3-5 business days for Cal Lutheran ID card to be reactivated to work at the FFC front desk turnstile.
