This class explores holistic wellness through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Indigenous wisdom traditions that support counselors and educators in sustaining their well-being while serving others. Participants will explore and engage and in contemplative, mindful and somatic practices to help reduce stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate deeper presence. Rooted in relational and indigenous approaches to healing, the course invites educators and counselors to reconnect with balance, community care, and sustainable ways of showing up with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
