Leading with Strategy, Confidence and Collaboration: Skills for Nonprofit Leaders
This course, facilitated by Julie Ha Truong, founder of Leadership Savvy, is designed for all nonprofit leaders (staff and volunteer) that are charged with motivating and guiding teams.
Through this workshop, participants will gain key leadership insights around:
- Moving from manage to strategy for lasting impact
- Managing the distinct roles and relationships of board, staff and community stakeholders
- Being an influential leader and coaching teams through change
- Managing up, down, around, externally and internally
- Understanding and tailoring your workstyle to lead more effectively
Julie Ha Truong is an expert in leadership development and facilitation. She has led innovative cross-sector initiatives, developed a range of leadership certificate programs, as well as coached and recruited diverse executive and emerging leaders.
The event is from 9 a.m. to Noon.
