Queer Rising: Pride Flag Raising

The CCEI, in partnership with Campus Ministry, presents Queer Rising: Pride Flag Raising a program celebrating LGBTQIA+ visibility, affirmation, and community. This event serves as a collective moment to honor queer identities, recognize the importance of belonging, and uplift the voices and experiences of LGBTQIA+ students on campus.

Centered in visibility and solidarity, Queer Rising invites students, faculty, and staff to gather in community, reflect on the meaning of Pride, and celebrate the presence and resilience of queer and trans individuals through a Pride Flag raising ceremony and various activities. 

This event is part of the Center for Cultural Engagement and Inclusion series.
