Friday Microlearning

Looking to learn about new topics quickly? Friday Microlearning sessions adopt the Microtraining model for learning about Cal Lutheran. This model combines a short timespan with an engaging and interactive format.

Sessions are guided by four principles:

Short: Sessions are 30 minutes or fewer.
Learner-centered: The facilitator should fill no more than half of the session with their own voice and generate opportunities for participants to fill the other half (or more) of the session.
Interactive: Participants should have opportunities to apply the concept discussed during the session.
Relevant: Participants should leave with ideas on how they might apply learning outcomes after the session.

Upcoming Sessions

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom on Fridays from 11-11:30 a.m. For security, you must be logged into Zoom with your callutheran.edu email address.
