Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival, "King Lear"

The Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival is one of the area's most popular outdoor theatrical events. Performances are staged weekends through Aug. 5 at 8 p.m. Visitors are immersed in the Shakespeare experience as festival grounds open at 5:30 p.m. for picnicking and pre-show entertainment with musicians, dancing, juggling and sword-fighting demonstrations.

General admission is $15.
