New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation

The transition to college is one of the biggest steps you will take in life and New Student Orientation has been created to make this transition as stress-free as possible. New Student Orientation is all about you getting settled in a new environment, planning for a year full of academic and social growth, and getting to know new people.

On Saturday, August 25th you will officially check into Cal Lutheran. For four days you will be ushered by your Peer Advisors (more on them in a second) through activities geared to introduce you to the CLU community.

You will meet your peers, figure out where your classes are, paint the CLU rocks on Mt. Clef Ridge, participate in Froshfest, find out what the surrounding community has to offer, move into your residence hall (if you are living on campus), and much more.

You will also meet your Mentor Team which is made up of two to four people.
