A Talk by Dr. Francisco Alvarez Gonzalez
Francisco Álvarez González , who was born in Spain in 1912, has written more than 30 books. He earned a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Madrid and founded the Philosophy Department at the University of Cuenca in Ecuador. He was a student of the renowned philosopher José Ortega y Gasset. An previous talk by Dr. Álvarez González in Overton Hall drew a standing-room-only audience.
