The Monterey Jazz Festival 50th Anniversary Tour

Jazz fans get ready! The Monterey Jazz Festival, the longest continually running jazz festival in the world, celebrates its 50th anniversary with a national tour. Maintaining Monterey’s tradition of bringing together veteran and younger artists, the show stars trumpeter Terence Blanchard, saxophonist James Moody, pianist Benny Green, special guest vocalist Nnenna Freelon, bassist Derrick Hodge and drummer Kendrick Scott. These artists have strong connections with the Monterey Jazz Festival and serve to embody its scope and history.
