Girl Effect Night

Girl Effect Night

This event will highlight the effect a girl can make on the world and address the feminization of poverty and the 66 million girls with only the dream of going to school.

Featured speakers are Sima Mobini of the Mona Foundation and CLU student Kiera Murphy of Voice 4 Girls.

The Mona Foundation is an international nonprofit charity working to eradicate global poverty through education.

Voice 4 Girls works with adolescent girls from low-income communities to build their confidence, introduce important and relevant life skills, and engage their parents in order to increase their opportunities and decision-making powers.
