New Young Scholars Program
Starting this Fall, our Center for Economics of Social Issues (CESI) and our Undergraduate Economics program will launch a "Young Scholars Program" in collaboration with the AP Economics program at Thousand Oaks High School. The purpose of the program is to help gifted high school students develop their passion for economics. During the program, the students will complete an internship that includes guided research support for the Center for Economics of Social Issues, led by Professor Damooei and Thousand Oaks High School AP Economics faculty member, Krister Swanson. If successful, the program will potentially be expanded to other high schools with AP Economics programs.
