Un Long dimanche de fiançailles (A Very Long Engagement) (2004) is set in France near the end of World War I in the deadly trenches of the Somme, in the gilded Parisian halls of power, and in the modest home of an indomitable provincial girl who is searching for her missing fiancé.
This should be an informative forum given the spirited conversations and competition between pro- and anti-Proposition 8 voters.

Directed by Chris Paine, Who Killed the Electric Car? chronicles the life and mysterious death of the GM EV1. Paine will lead a discussion after the screening.

Bamako (Bamako) is the story of Melé, a bar singer, and her husband, Chaka, who is out of work. A trial court has been set up in the courtyard of the house they share with other families. Amidst the pleas and the testimonies, life goes on in the courtyard.
