Meet new HTM instructor, Christy Douglass
Meet Christy Douglass, who serves as an adjunct professor for Cal Lutheran’s Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Program, as well as the university’s School for Professional and Continuing Studies, teaching business administration courses. She is herself a proud Regal, earning her BS in Business Administration, BA in Art, and MBA from Cal Lutheran.
Before she began teaching, Christy started an event planning business, worked for a national conference production company, and co-owned a franchise restaurant. She has over 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry and loves sharing her passion for guest service with her students. Christie also teaches at Los Angeles City College and leads the Hospitality Management Program at Moorpark College. With a Cal Lutheran education, enrolled students have the opportunity to learn from a world-class faculty.
