Sports Management hits the ice!
Recently, our undergraduate Sports Management program was invited to the headquarters of the LA Kings at the Toyota Sports Performance Center and the Iceoplex Simi Valley. Students learned about operations and revenue generation, team management, and facility management. Our gratitude goes to AEG broadcaster and NHL alumnus Daryl Evans and Iceoplex owner and President Scott Slinger and especially to program director Mark Orlando who creates these great opportunities for his students.
