They did it again! The San Fernando Valley Business Journal reported, Matthew Fienup (Executive Director, Center for Economic Research and Forecasting) and Dan Hamilton (Director of Economics, Center for Economic Research and Forecasting) were recently honored with the Zillow Home Price Expectations Survey’s 2020 Crystal Ball Award - for the second time in a row! Formerly known as the Case-Shiller Home Price Expectations Survey, more than 100 economists, investment strategists and housing market analysts nationwide participate in the Zillow survey, which was originally launched by Yale Professor and Nobel Laureate Robert Shiller in 2010. We're incredibly proud to have Matthew and Dan in our School of Management family and want to congratulate them on this impressive achievement.
